Improvement Projects and Community Initiatives

Through consultation across the neighbourhood, a number of issues were raised and suggestions made for improving the area.

These have been formulated into a set of outline projects and the Deepings Neighbourhood Plan Group is working collaboratively with elected councillors, voluntary groups, and other interested residents, to raise the necessary funding and develop the plans in order to make progress towards achieving the various projects.

The Improvement Projects are grouped under three headings and outlined within the Neighbourhood Plan:

Amenities and Infrastructure Projects - to bring improvements to our services and to the local environment

Business Initiatives - to support our local economy and improve employment opportunities for all

Community Initiatives - to bring people together and build our community spirit for the benefit of everyone
